Annabel starts by placing a hat on her work desk, allowing her imagination to guide her. Gathering an array of trinkets and treasures—each one carefully collected over the years from her travels.
From vintage embellishments to hand-dyed ribbons and intricate feathers, every detail is chosen with intention. This quiet process of curating, arranging, and experimenting
lays the foundation for a collection that’s is utterly unique to V V.
Our Starfish Bows are iconic here at V V Rouleaux, created by annabel to add a playful element to a timeless trilby.
Inspired by our velvet piping .... and the Walnut Whips on her desk, Annabel carefully swirled the cord to create a hat base to then build upon with a fabulous loopy loopy bow.
Our Italian ombre grosgrain ribbon has a permanent space on Annabels desk in the V V Atelier.
All flowers are handmade in our Atelier from scraps of vintage fabric from the V V Rouleaux archives.
