Melissani - we have added shades of blue handmade crin bobbles and flowers to a pitch base to create a fabulously chic hat.
V V Chapeaux's take on the classic Ascot Black and White Hat - the Ascot Swan. A beautiful black straw base with a plaited soft crin edge in Clotted Cream detailed with a feather mount and handcut feather flowers. Dress by Isabel Manns.
We created this shoot at the stunning Park Modern development overlooking Hyde Park and a stone's throw from Annabel's first job in London at the old Whiteley's!
Clotted Cream Ascot Smiles - a beautiful Clotted Cream straw base encapsulated by a pleated golden crin and finished with handcut matching feather flowers. Vintage Louis Feraud dress and jewellery by Emma Caderni.
Cerinthe Kentucky Swirl - a striking sinamay percher encapsulated with pleated crin and finished by delicately forming it into a beautiful bow. Vintage dress and earrings by Emma Caderni.
Monet's Perle - a raised Clotted Cream wrapped sinamay halo with a handmade crin water lily in tones of Pale Lobelia, Kingfisher, and Viola Azura held in place with a pearl button. Vintage Tricoville summer dresss by Emma Caderni.
Sunrise Swirl - crin swirls and twists in Sherbert Lemon and Ballet Pink surround a vintage hand blocked percher detailed with vintage velvet rose buds. Dress from Sarah Kate Byrne's sustainable collection.
Jacques's Sun Burst - a beautifully blocked straw percher with golden pleated crin swirl detailed with beaded wheat stems and birds. A V V hommage to the fabulous Jacques Fath. Jacket and skirt by Copia Vintage.
Cornflower Chantilly Flutter - a pleated veil of white crin stitched around a sinamay saucer with a whimiscal Viola Azura ostrich plume tassel, topped off with a hand cut Clotted Cream feather flower. Constatine Rex dress and Emma Caderni jewellery.
Spinningdale Flutter - stunning Ruby Slippers straw saucer detailed with a pleated crin edge and finished with a handcut feather flower and a mock osprey wisp. We combined it with a striking Victor Costa summer dress and earings from Emma Caderni.
Esmeralda - a beautiful double green crin bow tied around a crin water lily on a Clotted Cream button percher. Matching dress from Sarah Kate Byrne and earrings from Emma Caderni.
Misty Dawn - a Grey Slate hand blocked percher detailed with crin swirls and twists of Shell and Grey Squirrel, finished with button silk flower buds. A V V cool look with dress and jewellery from Emma Caderni.
Penstemon Garnet Sandown Swirl - a beautiful straw percher wrapped with crim swirls detailed with V V vintage silk blooms in shades of pink and red. A fabulous combination with a Marcel Fenez dress from Copia and earrings from Emma Caderni.
Thea's Bow - a beautifully two toned Arabian Sandstorm and Stirred Coffee boater with handmade crin loopy bows detailed with a passementerie pearl centre. Dress from Constantine Rex and earrings from Emma Caderni.
Monet's Mer - a Pitch Blue large sinamay saucer with cream pleated crin edge and handmade crin water lily. Dress and earrings from Emma Caderni.
Park Modern is a sensational development of superb contemporary appartments with the best views in London - and we had V V fun shooting there!
